Job Description

This education mentorship role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to support students in their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, focusing on English, Maths, and Science subjects at KS3-5 levels.
  • Contribute to lesson planning and delivery, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Support the development of pupils, addressing both educational and behavioral needs.
  • Prepare and maintain classroom resources, promoting a well-organized learning environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents, facilitating open communication.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities such as revision sessions, enhancing student engagement and motivation.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential opportunities for permanence in the future.
