The Role

We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and a Quantity Surveyor to join our consultancy and support the growth of our business. Initially, you will be assigned to a project in the Suffolk area or work from our HQ, assisting in various projects. The projects will be in the civils sector and likely involve Tier 1 Main Contractors. Flexible working arrangements will be possible, but this may vary depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Civils sector experience is preferred
  • A desire to work in a hybrid role
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience with NEC contracts
  • Consultancy experience is desired but not essential
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • An understanding of tendering and procurement processes would be beneficial
  • Presentation and articulation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • A work-winning attitude
