About the Role

We are seeking a talented Communications Assistant to join our dynamic policy and communications teams at Local Trust. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting us to take our work to the next stage, building on the success we've already achieved.

As a Communications Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a skilled and well-resourced team to develop and implement effective communications strategies that amplify the learning from Big Local, champion change in local areas, and ensure effective communications with Big Local areas.

This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about community regeneration, has excellent communication skills, and is able to think creatively. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of communications strategies
  • Assisting with event planning and delivery
  • Providing administrative support to the policy and communications teams

What We Offer:
