We are seeking a skilled Support Consultant to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to our customers using our applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone
  • Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents
  • Keep detailed records of customers interactions
  • Monitor application system logs
  • Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications
  • Support during the roll-out of applications
  • Create User Guides
  • User Training on site
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and persistent with a desire to learn
  • Enjoys helping people
  • Computer literate to a basic level
  • Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibit empathy and patience during interactions with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
