Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As an experienced Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing client and customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Customer Care: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any queries or issues.
- Debt Management: Regularly review outstanding debt with senior management to ensure prompt resolution and minimize losses.
- Financial Processing: Process sales invoices and credit notes onto our financial system, and allocate customer receipts accurately.
Requirements
- Previous Credit Control Experience: Proven track record of managing credit control functions in a similar role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- IT Skills: Proficient in financial software, including Sage50, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
