Salary: Competitive salary package £35,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Location: Glasgow

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our Electrical Division, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment
  2. Diagnose and repair electrical faults
  3. Conduct regular maintenance checks on electrical systems
  4. Work with a team to complete electrical projects
  5. Develop and implement electrical safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid 18th Edition & SJIB Grade (ECS) card
  • Wide experience of Installation and Maintenance works
  • Fault Finding capabilities
  • Ability to read and understand complex wiring diagrams
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Appreciation & understanding of all relevant aspects of Health & Safety
  • A full clean driving license
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • A positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Desirable Assets:

  • BMS experience
  • Experience of wiring and understanding all forms of domestic & commercial heating systems
  • Experience with HVAC / heating controls and installation
  • Gas Safe or F Gas qualifications
  • Access equipment certificates
  • Compex/ First Aid qualifications
  • C&G 2391/ 2394/ 2395 qualification
  • Further Education in Electrical Engineering
  • Leadership experience
  • Computer Literate
