Project Delivery Expertise

Telent Technology Services Limited seeks a seasoned Project Delivery Specialist to lead the management of our customer relationships and the overall coordination of upcoming projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project delivery and reporting processes to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project delivery and reporting processes to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.
  2. Act as the customer interface for Telent on allocated projects, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  3. Manage the financial performance and reporting of all projects to both Telent and customer stakeholders.
  4. Provide detailed and regular project reviews, reports, and KPIs for both Telent and client review.
  5. Ensure the contractual Quality and Health & Safety for all projects.
  6. Provide leadership and direction for the Project team.
  7. Plan and ensure the correct resource is booked and available to deliver the project (internal and external).
  8. Manage subcontract selection and management.
  9. Ensure material orders are placed on time and within the agreed budget.
  10. Undertake regular Site Safety Inspections on project portfolio to promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
  11. Support the bid team as required for tenders and responses.

Requirements:

  1. Formal PM Qualification (APM, PMP, Prince 2) or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Profit & Loss accounts and cash flow forecasting.
  3. Excellent financial and commercial experience of managing multi-million-pound business-critical projects.
  4. Ability to direct teams in large complex environments.
  5. Sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
  6. Experience of managing complex customer and end-user relationships.
