Overview:

Myprotein is seeking a Senior Affiliate Executive to join the team and take charge of one of our key market affiliate programmes. You'll collaborate closely with global and local teams, strategising, implementing new initiatives, and optimising performance across multiple locales. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll support affiliate strategy, analyse data, and foster relationships to drive growth and innovation within the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure managed accounts are working towards agreed KPIs
  2. Work closely with the Senior Affiliate Manager and country managers on the overall strategy for Myprotein
  3. Implement new initiatives and ensure all new features/technology is being tested
  4. Analyse affiliate and country performance data for Senior Leadership Team
  5. Utilise strategic insight to the wider marketing teams
  6. Prepare and deliver reports on channel performance
  7. Make quick judgement calls on performance data and implement change
  8. Work closely with team members providing collated reporting
  9. Build strong professional relationships internally with the wider marketing teams
  10. Work with our affiliate network representatives (AWIN) and maintain a strong working relationship
  11. Work with senior management on strategic challenges

Requirements:

  1. In-depth knowledge of affiliate partners
  2. Proven track record in managing affiliates directly and leveraging affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, Partnerize, Commission Junction)
  3. Strong negotiation skills, comfortable handling contracts face-to-face and via telephone
  4. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving exceptional results
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  6. Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of numerical data
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Passion for affiliates, partnerships, and digital marketing innovation
  9. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  10. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  11. Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and their integration into overall strategies
  12. Capability to research and identify new opportunities within the affiliate marketing realm
  13. Experience managing budgets closely and liaising effectively with key stakeholders
