About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Specialist Palliative Care Team at the Rowans Hospice. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside Band 6 and 7 Occupational Therapists to provide specialist care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice clinically across various settings in Fareham, Gosport, and South East Hampshire
- Develop and support patient-centred seamless care across professional and clinical providers of palliative care services
- Provide clinical, consultative, education, leadership, and research functions
- Bring the highest standards of clinical care to patients through good symptom management, emotional support, and access to appropriate services and advice

Person Specification
- Essential qualifications: degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, current Health Care Professions Council registration as an Occupational Therapist, advanced communications skills training, evidence of Continuing Education, and a car driver with current licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
