About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our Building LCA team at Eight Versa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of sustainability strategies and services, including BREEAM LCA, BREEAM LCC, Whole Life Carbon, Pre Demolition Audit, Operational Waste Management Plan, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and services for our clients
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop opportunities for sustainability improvement
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on sustainability matters
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as construction, engineering, or architecture
  • Proven experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on built environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
