The Clermont Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team as an integral part of their transformational growth plans for their London-based portfolio of hotels.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering M&E related capital projects, ensuring project objectives and plans are achieved. This includes devising, assembling, and managing internal and external teams, developing objectives and goals, and assigning clear responsibilities through inception and delivery.

Liaison and coordination with key stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of this role, as well as creating and refining business cases, project planning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing and maintaining project accounting, including budget management and tracking, while minimizing exposure to financial risk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the company's growth plans.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
