Job Overview

This position is ideal for a seasoned lawyer looking to leverage their expertise in commercial agreements, intellectual property, GDPR, and supply agreements. As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients.

About the Role
  • We are offering a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on complex commercial matters, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate and commercial law, with a strong background in commercial agreements, intellectual property, GDPR, and supply agreements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
