About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our workshop division, you will be responsible for diagnosing and fault-finding issues with vehicles and trailers using the latest diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Maintain vehicles and trailers to manufacturer specifications, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping, including time booking and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Workshop office staff to meet and exceed targets.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and safe systems of work.

Requirements:

  • Qualified HGV Technician up to Level 3 or part-qualified up to Level 2.
  • HGV Class 1 CE licence beneficial.
  • 3 years previous experience required.
  • Intuitive diagnostic skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
