Job Title: Experienced Residential Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Manager to lead our Children's residential service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards)
  • Considerable management experience working with young people in a residential setting
  • Dedicated and compassionate leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
