RHL is an innovative fuel storage company with a global presence, prioritizing a green energy future. We are seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance teams in the Humber region.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe management and efficient operation of the maintenance teams in the Humber Region. This involves ensuring that all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks are suitably planned, executed, and/or mitigated, always aligning with company expectations, policies, procedures, and guidance.

To achieve this, the Regional Maintenance Manager will implement and/or maintain maintenance KPIs and metrics that deliver the required information to various levels of the company. They will work collaboratively with peers to provide risk-assessed, planned, and phased CAPEX funding requests to the Engineering and Project Teams.

About you:

We require a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Regional Maintenance Managerial role, preferably on a top-tier COMAH site. The ideal candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in managing safe systems of work practices, permit control, risk assessments, and method statements. Additionally, they should have managed teams both on-site and remotely, possessing excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including up to 6% employee pension contribution.
