We are seeking a skilled Operations Planner to join our Engineered Solutions business stream at RSK Group in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Planning: Direct planning of incoming workflow and client mailbox to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Job Pack Creation: Responsible for creating job packs and technical data entry to support project delivery.
  • Project Planning: Fully engaged in planning work activities from survey to execution of live jobs, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Spare Parts Management: Fully manage all spare parts requirements to minimize delays and optimize project efficiency.
  • Planning Tools Development: Develop and utilize agreed planning tools and functions to enhance project planning and execution.
  • Risk Assessment and Documentation: Create Risk Assessment documentation, safety documentation, and Method Statements relating to Permit To Work systems to ensure compliance and project safety.
  • Communication: Able communicator on all levels across the company, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
  • Job Tracker Management: Responsible for managing Job Trackers engaged with work activities to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
  • Report Creation: Create report templates and technical reports to support project delivery and decision-making.
  • Work Quality Support: Support all elements relating to work quality to ensure project delivery meets RSK Group's high standards.
  • Reporting and KPI Management: Responsible for creating reports and maintaining KPIs relating to the Delivery team to inform project decisions.
  • Site Liaison: Liaise with site teams and individuals as required to ensure effective project execution and communication.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform all other duties as requested by the project team to ensure project success.

To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2-3 years of previous experience in a Planning or project coordinator role, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
