BYLOR Joint Venture is seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily site activities, ensuring that construction projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Coordination: Coordinate and manage daily site activities, including planning, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in planning and reporting requirements, managing work packages, and ensuring that construction activities are delivered safely and in accordance with client requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that quality records are created and maintained, and that quality control checks are carried out regularly.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the workforce, stakeholders, and other functions to ensure that information is shared and understood.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of civil sequence of works, competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
