Chief Executive & Principal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive & Principal to lead Dudley College of Technology through its next stage of development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the college, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training programs to around 12,000 students per year.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of thousands of individuals and to lead the next phase of the college's exciting story.

As a key member of the college's senior leadership team, the Chief Executive & Principal will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the college's strategic plan
  • Leading and managing the college's senior leadership team
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training programs
  • Managing the college's resources and budget
  • Representing the college at a local, regional, and national level

The successful candidate will need to undergo an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
