We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our team. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in a home care setting, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide direct patient care in a home care setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and assess patient's condition, including vital signs and symptoms
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and disease management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records


Requirements:



  • Valid nursing license
  • Proven experience as a Home Care Nurse or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
