**Estimated Salary:** £23 per hour + overtime at time and a half, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, and various benefits.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team as a Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman. The successful candidate will travel to customer sites across the region to carry out installation, dismantle, repair, and maintenance work on our hire units, including temporary office units, storage units, catering & events units etc.

• General plumbing maintenance: fixing leaks in toilets, sinks, showers, tanks, and bowser connections.
• General joinery work: installing and removing partition walls, flooring, ceilings, kitchens, doors, and windows.
• Electrical work: replacing like-for-like items such as water heaters, wall heaters, light fittings, and plug sockets.
• Fixing roof and window leaks/damage to the external of units.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of health and safety, be familiar with reading and following risk assessments and method statements, hold a CSCS card, and possess general maintenance skills with experience from within a relevant role.

A full driving licence is essential as this role involves regular travelling to client sites across the region.
