SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and confident Teaching Assistant to join our resource base, supporting students with SEN in a mainstream environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students with learning, social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as challenging behaviour.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a class teacher to provide support with activity prep, lead small group interventions, and offer 1:1 support.
You will have the opportunity to develop a rapport with each student, becoming a positive role model and mentor, and will be responsible for implementing creative activities to support student learning.
