Role Overview

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Hull Wellbeing & Fitness Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our swimming pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors
  • Monitor the swimming pool area and respond to any incidents or emergencies
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
