Senior Digital Operations Specialist

Murphy is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Operations Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new digital technologies and processes across the organization. This includes managing and maintaining data management software, GIS packages, and BIM workflows, as well as developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Estimated salary: £55,000 per annum.
About the Role:
The Senior Digital Operations Specialist will be a key member of the project team, working closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital aspects of the project are properly coordinated and managed, including data management, GIS, and BIM. Your experience with data analytics and automation tools such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the implementation of new digital technologies and processes across the organization
* Manage and maintain data management software, GIS packages, and BIM workflows
* Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, computer science)
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong technical skills, including data management software, GIS packages, and BIM workflows
