As an Administration Support Team Member at AXA UK, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Operations Department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all banking functions are performed accurately and within agreed timescales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and batching post for processing and sending to AXA Global Business Services within pre-defined timescales.
  • Performing banking processes daily, adhering to Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCIDSS) guidelines.
  • Receiving inbound calls and fielding as appropriate, while processing card payments.
  • Supporting and delivering processes for the wider Finance Operations teams, adhering to best practice and delivered within agreed timeframes.
  • Delivering efficient day-to-day storage and archiving for the Finance Operations function.
  • Guaranteeing all Finance Operations work requests are processed and delivered to specification within agreed timescales.
  • Working closely with the Finance Operations teams to deliver ad-hoc tasks.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent service is delivered.
  • Contributing to the delivery of Finance Operations and key priorities through personal alignment to agreed specific actions.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £21,840, dependent on experience, as well as a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
