The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Community Child Guidance Clinic, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the development of our Finance function and lead a team of professionals in providing excellent financial services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance team in providing financial guidance and support to budget managers
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance function, including payroll
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure positive service delivery to all stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance team, reporting to the Vice Principal (Finance & Resources)

About You:

  • Comprehensive experience in a finance role, ideally in an education setting
  • Excellent management and administrative skills, with a strong understanding of the FE sector
  • Ability to manage operational pressure in a busy environment with a positive, flexible approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as an advocate and ambassador of the College
