Job Opportunity: Process Quality Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join our client's team at their state-of-the-art facility in Tewkesbury. Our client designs and manufactures complex mechanical products with customer satisfaction as a top priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process nonconformances processing and progression
  • Supporting manufacturing process improvements
  • Contributing to manufacturing process development through PFMEA and Control Plans
  • Developing inspection plans and facilitating Measurement System Analysis studies
  • Process Capability studies and RCCA methodologies

Requirements

  • Quality background essential
  • Knowledge of APQP processes in aerospace or automotive industries
  • Experience in manufacturing environments
  • Experience with RCCA methodologies
