About the Role

As a Tesco Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks its best.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by promoting products and services to customers.
