Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled mid-level producer with a strong background in managing visual effects (VFX) and/or animation projects across various mediums including television, feature films, advertising, and video games. If you are passionate about VFX and animation, and enjoy producing content for diverse platforms, you may find a great fit with us at Flipbook Studio.

Role Responsibilities:

As a producer, you will take charge of overseeing artists, managing client expectations, and coordinating schedules across multiple projects. We prioritize a healthy work/life balance, offering a flexible work environment that includes both remote work and time spent in our studio.

Key Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects on brief, on time, and within budget.
  • Experience in managing project timelines, setting milestones, and ensuring overall deliverables.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and from our studio.
  • Exceptional people management, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and adapting to changing project needs.
  • Proficient in organizing meetings, documentation, and project reporting.
  • Ability to report project status to senior management and highlight specific project needs.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive team environment.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications.
  • Outstanding time and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing project budgets and supporting project proposals.

Desirable Skills:

  • Background in the VFX, CGI, or animation sectors.
  • Experience in episodic television, feature films, advertising, or video games.
  • F-track or similar production management software experience.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and workflows.
