About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team at Dunham Massey, a unique and historic estate in Cheshire. As a project manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformational change and supporting the programme manager in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex end-to-end project/programme management, including defining resources, leading procurement, securing project teams, and matrix management across multiple projects/programmes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build strong relationships and connections across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to build momentum and ensure our work delivers great outcomes.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects resourced through the Associate Model.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering complex projects/programmes, including procurement, risk management, and project finance.
  • Professional with technical knowledge and skills in project management, demonstrated by a recognised project (AMP PMQ/Prince) or programme management (MSP) qualification.
  • Ongoing CPD in your career to date.
  • Flexible thinker and problem-solver, skilled at negotiating and building productive networks, and confident in using your expertise to influence decisions with senior leaders.
  • Skilled communicator, with experience of managing complex and challenging situations with competing interests and a diverse range of people.
  • Leader for inclusion, who finds ways to create an inclusive culture.
