The role will be based onsite, with flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead demand forecasting and sales & operational planning (S&OP) activities
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to build a reliable demand forecast
  • Consolidate and present channel forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive inventory optimization, ensuring products are delivered on time and in full
  • Maintain master data integrity within our planning systems, continuously improving processes
  • Lead the S&OP cycle, aligning demand with financial forecasts, and managing associated risks and opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to support supply chain excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven Supply Chain experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
  • Proficiency in SAP systems (IBP, APO, ERP)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively
