Employee Benefits Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join our high-performing team in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, or Chichester office.
As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and Group Risk clients, providing strategic consulting advice and direction, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing Healthcare and Group Risk client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide accurate reports containing renewal information and market review results
- Liaise with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service
- Promote and deliver high-quality service and advice
- Update and maintain records on core systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Healthcare and/or Group Risk
- Ability to consult, analyse, and communicate on employee benefit-related products
- Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
