About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join our high-performing team in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, or Chichester office.

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and Group Risk clients, providing strategic consulting advice and direction, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing Healthcare and Group Risk client portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide accurate reports containing renewal information and market review results
  • Liaise with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service
  • Promote and deliver high-quality service and advice
  • Update and maintain records on core systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Healthcare and/or Group Risk
  • Ability to consult, analyse, and communicate on employee benefit-related products
  • Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
