Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility by providing proactive and reactive maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal production levels
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new maintenance procedures
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. City & Guilds, HNC/HND)
