We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacy professional to join our team as a Comprehensive Healthcare Director. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our community pharmacy.
Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the pharmacy team, focusing on improving the commercial success of the pharmacy, and ensuring the pharmacy service is organized and running smoothly. You will also provide support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers where appropriate.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- MPharm, BPharm or equivalent qualification
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment
