The Role of an Influencer Manager

The key responsibilities of an Influencer Manager include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Influencer Selection: Identify and select suitable influencers for each campaign, considering factors such as brand alignment, audience reach, and due diligence.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the day-to-day running of campaigns, staying close to internal timings and development, and anticipating the next steps to ensure all campaign milestones are met.
  • Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with clients and influencers through excellent campaign execution and delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze influencer insights, and present campaign results and learnings to clients, making strategic recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience in delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload.
  • Competent writing and communication skills, with the ability to spot creative excellence.
  • Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements).
