Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Catch 22. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain all water and L8/legionella controls and records, undertaking temperature checks and flushing procedures.
  • Assist with room set-ups and deliveries of mail, stationery, and other materials.
  • Conduct risk assessments and procedures to reduce risk and maintain accurate records using computer systems.
  • Provide support for swimming pool operations and security personnel.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • HSE qualification and knowledge of facilities and maintenance.
  • First aid certificate and enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours will be required, including working outside of term time and occasional Monday-Friday shifts. A competitive salary of £27,352 plus overtime will be offered.
