As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Building Management Systems Designer to join our talented team based at our Colchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement graphics for BMS and plant systems using Trend IQ Vision software.
  • Read and interpret BMS drawings to ensure graphical accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to align graphics with mechanical and control specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise graphical displays to enhance user experience and system functionality.
  • Maintain graphical standards and documentation for internal and client use.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with Trend IQ Vision software, proficient in reading and interpreting BMS drawings, and a strong mechanical understanding relevant to building systems and BMS.

You will also possess excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.

A relevant engineering certification or degree (mechanical, electrical, or building services preferred) and previous experience in a similar role with a focus on BMS or building controls are desirable.
