The Role


As a Debt Recovery Field Agent, you will be responsible for visiting customers' homes to discuss and make payment arrangements for outstanding debts. Effective communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Our comprehensive package includes:

  • £25,200 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
  • £2,880 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)
  • £30,000+ earning potential via Bonus Scheme
  • Fuel Allowance
  • 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

  • 37.5 hour working week
  • Flexible working pattern

Candidate Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a Full UK Driving License
  • Have full-time use of a car or van
  • Have Business use vehicle Insurance
  • Be available to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
  • Be available to work between 9am and 4pm Saturday (occasionally)
  • Be prepared to work alone or as a team, indoors and outdoors
  • Have an excellent standard of spoken English
  • Be prepared to work outside in all weather
  • Display confidence, reliability, and organisation
  • Be professional and able to use your own initiative
