About the Role

The Government Services department at International SOS is seeking a skilled Healthcare Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Provider Network in your region, ensuring seamless integration with our TRICARE Overseas Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of host nation providers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each provider and their integration within the network.
  • Establish and implement engagement strategies with providers to achieve contractual objectives, with a focus on medical record collection and network coverage.
  • Coordinate internal processes related to provider lifecycle management, including identification, assessment, and removal from the network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and adjust the Provider Network composition and portfolio according to client needs.
  • Search for and manage new provider partnerships in response to client needs.
  • Manage key processes in the collection and maintenance of provider-related data in collaboration with Network Services and Clinical Quality Teams.
  • Provide ongoing provider support through issue resolution and customer service, including strategies for optimizing medical record submission.

About You

  • Proven experience in a professional services B2B environment, senior account management, or program management.
  • Must own a car with a clean driver's license.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare and healthcare provider management is a plus.
