We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Advisor in the Birmingham region. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your skills and experience in sales while working for a reputable company like Mandeville.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and improve sales conversion rates. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in sales (field-based preferred).
Key Performance Indicators- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Improve sales conversion rates by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Mandeville provides a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development. You will have access to regular training and coaching sessions to help you achieve your goals. Additionally, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 + uncapped commission scheme, as well as benefits such as up to 35 days holiday with length of service, private medical insurance, life assurance (4 times base salary), and a pension scheme with employer matching up to 4%.
