We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Coach to join our team at Lifetime, where you will play a key role in developing the professionals of the future.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with learners at their place of work, delivering the apprenticeship standard and providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications. You will also assist learners in gaining transferable skills in Maths and English if needed, while managing your own admin tasks.

A Competitive Salary Package

As a Hospitality Career Development Specialist, you can expect a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This competitive salary package reflects the importance of this role in shaping the future of the hospitality industry.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house. You should also possess strong communication and self-motivation skills, as well as extensive relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service.

You will have a NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality, GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent), and experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines. Any additional certifications such as NVQ level 3 in senior production chef or hospitality supervision, BTEC level 3 hospitality management, or experience operating within WBL/education environment will be highly valued but not essential.
