Ink Specialist Job Description

PROMAN is seeking an experienced Ink Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for company products at customer locations, working on a shift basis.

Job Summary:
  • This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure optimal ink formulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ink technology and be able to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze ink usage patterns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new ink formulations to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or email.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ink technology and formulation.
