Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct care needs assessments to identify the needs of our clients.
  • Recruit and induct new care professionals to join our team.
  • Complete supervisions and appraisals to ensure the quality of care delivered by our team.
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits to ensure the safe administration of medication.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings to discuss the care needs of our clients.
  • Complete quarterly audits and reports to ensure the quality of care delivered by our team.
  • Manage the services' profit and loss to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration.
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
