Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at The Salt Room, a modern British seafood restaurant that celebrates cooking over fire. Our restaurant boasts uninterrupted views of the seafront and the iconic West Pier ruins, making it a unique dining experience.

We take pride in sourcing local ingredients, concentrating on sustainability, to produce a menu of mouth-watering dishes. Using techniques similar to our sister restaurants, The Coal Shed & Burnt Orange, we cook the freshest shellfish and meat over charcoal, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for delivering dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will work as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team, ensuring each dish is prepared to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality dishes made with fresh, local ingredients.
  • Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed.
  • Be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
