About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT SystmOne Specialist to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering SystmOne units and support for the trust SystmOne application.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver SystmOne units and support for the trust SystmOne application.
  • Maintain all SystmOne units and templates in a state where the business processes of the Trust can be guaranteed.
  • Provide specialist support and advice on system specification, configuration and requirements.
  • Assist all colleagues in the ICT function with application support for all systems housed in the Trust computer rooms and cloud based.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience of managing IT systems and applications in a large user based working environment.
  • Substantial experience of using specialist electronic IT healthcare systems.
  • Excellent IT knowledge of various IT systems, software and applications including, Windows, Microsoft outlook, Office 365 and all Microsoft packages.
