Job Title: Learning Support Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Learning Support Coordinator to join our team at John Randall Primary School & Nursery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinating support for pupils with special educational needs
  • Working with teachers to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adjusting support as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Qualification in Higher Level Teaching Assistance (HLTA)
  • Experience working with pupils with special educational needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

**Salary:** £14.58 per hour dependent upon experience
