About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Nexgen Group.

Job Summary

This is a part-time opportunity working 2 hours a day, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in one of our static sites in Hunstanton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweep and mop floors using dust control mops and wet or damp mops.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential.
  • IT literacy, including the use of tablets and smartphone apps.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Salary and Benefits
