Job Role:
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans, adapting to meet diverse student needs.
- Provide one-to-one and group support for students, using evidence-based strategies to address gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Liaise with colleagues to coordinate interventions, workshops, and events that promote student well-being and achievement.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing insights and suggestions to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Education or a related field, preferably with a focus on Key Stage 2 teaching and learning.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with students in a similar age range, demonstrating expertise in curriculum delivery and assessment techniques.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to data protection policies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Competitive daily rate: £90 per day.
