We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at The Clancy Group. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing operational teams to ensure safety and efficiency in all activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational teams to prioritize safety and quality in all activities.
  • Ensure teams receive adequate training to meet competency and compliance standards.
  • Implement a culture of excellence to reduce customer complaints.
  • Proactively manage future works and programs to minimize disruptions and preventable mistakes.
  • Review and approve contractor method statements and risk assessments.
  • Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement necessary controls.
  • Manage vehicles and drivers to adhere to driving standards policies and the highway code.
Requirements
  • Exceptional people management and delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Diplomacy and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Qualifications such as NRSWA, SMSTS/SSSTS, and CDM training.
  • HV Power or relevant industry experience.
