Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to champion health and safety initiatives in a chemical manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Factory Manager and be responsible for implementing a corporate health and safety strategy at site level, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
  • Collaborate with the Factory Manager to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
