Project Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Balfour Beatty VINCI, working on the HS2 project in the West Midlands. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize project value.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual, commercial, insurance, and legal processes.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure smooth commercial progression of contracts.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to develop techniques and solutions to meet business and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in a civils/infrastructure project as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Excel.
